The Proprietary Lease (PDF format, 59KB) is the legal document that delineates the rights and responsibilities of the shareholder and the co-op toward each other. Read it to find out the terms you will agree to if you decide to become a shareholder.
The House Rules document forms an integral part of the Proprietary Lease. It focuses on shareholders’ rights and responsibilities toward one another and aims to preserve a high quality of life for all our residents.
