We are currently planning to do other major renovations. This summer (2004) we will be renovating the entrances, including installation of an ADA-approved ramp, cast-iron fences, landscaping, and tastful awnings over the entrance walkways. In the near future, we will also implement an energy overhaul of our buildings, including installation of a new heating system and state-of-the-art, energy-efficient windows. We are also thinking of installing a dedicated connection to the Internet in order to provide high-speed Internet services to our residents at low cost.
